The Municipality of Greenstone's Economic Development Office is proud to announce that it is officially recognized as a designated local host organization to administer the highly acclaimed and internationally recognized Service Excellence Program within Greenstone. This customer-service driven program is operated by one of the leading tourism service training organizations in the country, the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC), based out of Toronto, Ontario. This certification has led to the introduction of the Discover Greenstone Ambassador Program as a medium for the growth and vitality of the community. Since the program was launched in October 2011, more than 50 local individuals have completed the program.
